How to reserve a room at HCC
Please read, it is informative and will be
beneficial. It's regarding booking facilities at HCC. Please make yourself
familiar with the
newly enriched form that has been designed.
A. What's the Philosophy behind the change?
We've redesigned the form to anticipate certain scenarios, such as event
conflicts, cleanliness, availability of resources. Part of the process will be
lots of feedback based on what you fill out on the form. The intent is for you
to have a well planned event.
B. Where can I get the new forms?

2. Its in the new folder that sits outside of Room 10.
C. There isn't enough room on the form for me to communicate some special
issues, what do I do?
